Hi there! We are David and Michelle Jorgensen and we live in Aitkin, Minnesota with our four children. We started Life Tyme Properties with the goal of providing safe, clean, quality homes in our community to families and individuals who share our higher standards than what is typically found in a rental. We've heard too many horror stories of people living in homes with black mold or with windows that don't shut because their landlords just don't care or there is nothing else available. We take pride in the homes we offer and the properties we manage. If we wouldn't want our own kids living there, then we don't want YOU living there! With backgrounds in real estate and finance, expanding into property management and rentals was a natural fit for us.
